Have you ever seen a Red squirrel ?
They can be an elusive creature – but once seen never forgotten ! Their bushy red tails bobbing along and their smaller more agile bodies make them all the more appealing than their grey more common counterparts. Red Squirrel week runs from Sat 26th September to Sunday 4th October so why not encourage your children to find out more about these fascinating granivore-herbivores ?
