Perhaps you joined in with Mindfulness March and tried out some of the ideas on the calendar for each day?

Well here`s your chance to improve your happiness in April too , as the Action for Happiness group have come up with a calendar for getting active throughout April which includes suggestions such as "Listen to your body and be grateful for what it can do or Take a fifteen minute break and go outside for a walk"
