Free meditation resource to celebrate World Mental Health Day

To celebrate World Mental Health Day 2019, Education Guru would like to share with you one of the meditations that we wrote, for you to try with your class. To access this free resource please click on the folder to download The Robot meditation.

Research proves that regular meditation, even for a few minutes a day, can help improve mental health, reduce anxiety and help promote a general feeling of wellbeing.

Education Guru runs a workshop called CHILL & BREATHE which helps children learn how to meditate in an enjoyable way using visualisation.

Feedback from schools we have worked in, have reported that children are more relaxed and able to focus quickly after just a five minute meditation session each day. Children have commented that they have even tried these at home and shared them with people in their lives who are stressed!
