A recent study has shown that children who use devices before bed time are loosing half to an hour of sleep every night and also causing a raised BMI. Why not involve the children in your class with a survey of their own to see if not using an electronic device such as a tablet or I phone before bed effects their sleep patterns. It’s a great example of observation over time and pattern seeking .
