Action for Happiness have produced an action calendar to help us focus on mindfulness during the month of March.
Each day has a suggestion of how to develop a new way of thinking . For example, on March 18th it suggests you ‘’Do something creative that absorbs your attention’’ on March 15th it encourages you to ‘’go outside and notice 5 things that are beautiful’’.
Why not down load a copy and put it up in your classroom and staffroom?
