Looking for a simple way to enrich your primary science lessons? The Mammal Discovery Challenge is a brilliant opportunity to get your class outdoors, exploring and learning through real-life science.
With free resources and training from the Mammal Society, your pupils can investigate local wildlife by spotting mammals, identifying tracks and signs, and even using footprint tunnels or trail cameras. It’s an easy, engaging way to build observation skills and spark curiosity about the natural world.
Encourage your students to think like scientists and take part in meaningful citizen science. Visit the Mammal Society website to get started and access everything you need: https://www.mammal.org.uk/mammal-discovery-challenge/
Get involved and see what your class can discover!
