Back for its 5th year, World Wellbeing Week celebrates and raises awareness of the importance of physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. During this week, we are encouraged to think about the wellbeing of those around us, as well as our own mental health.
Teachers work so hard, rarely stopping for a lunch break, dinner and playground duties are often
followed by after-school clubs or staff meetings. Finding some time to reboot and de-stress can be very hard during the school day. If we don't keep mentally fit then our health, both physical and emotional can begin to suffer, impacting our relationships, both professional and personal.
