Join us in this FREE workshop on 7th December 6.30pm to 7.30pm as we dive into one of the most powerful systems that control our thoughts, actions and feelings. We are used to keeping our bodies physically fit through exercise, healthy diet and plenty of sleep. But do we know how to keep our minds in peak condition to allow us to access life to the full? We will be discussing mental fitness and how to use it in our everyday life.

Participants will walk away with an in-depth understanding of how the PQ program works, an introduction to your saboteurs, efective ways to intercept those saboteurs and how to redirect your mind to your "inner sage".
