Join us for a 1 hour introductory session to find out how to become more mentally fit. We all know how to keep our bodies fit and healthy, eat a balanced diet, take regular exercise, get plenty of sleep Maybe even go to the gym and do a workout. But do we know how to keep our mind fit? Positive intelligence is all about giving our mind a workout – we do reps in the gym to increase and strengthen our muscles and we can do the same for our minds to keep them healthy too.
