Research on the Health and Wellbeing of Teachers

Updated: Feb 18, 2022

Did you know that recent studies by Education Support, a UK charity dedicated to improving the health and wellbeing of education staff, found that:

  • 52% of all teachers felt their mental health and wellbeing had declined either considerably or a little, since the start of the pandemic.

  • 84% of educational professionals described themselves as stressed.

  • 74% of educational professionals have experienced behavioural, psychological or physical symptoms due to their work.

  • 51% of all teachers said they had considered leaving the profession this year due to pressures on their health and wellbeing.

Do you relate to these statistics? Do you hope for a way to perform better without working so hard? Do you want to feel less stressed and have consistent happiness, even in tough times?

Let me introduce you to Positive Intelligence®, a powerful tool, to help you achieve just that. Join me for a FREE online workshop on 7th December at 6.30pm to discover how neuroscience and psychology can help support you. Contact hester@educationguru.co.uk to book your free place.
