Have you signed up for 30 Days Wild yet? There's still time to join in. The Wildlife Trust is encouraging us all to get outside and do something in nature everyday – so great for your mental health as well as encouraging us to use our outdoor spaces for learning. Scientists from Exeter university surveyed over 20,000 people, and found that people who spend at least two hours a week in a natural environment reported significantly better health and wellbeing, so with this in mind the more teaching we can do outside in nature’s classroom the better our children’s mental health will be. One way to get started is to get involved with the 30 Days Wild initiative.
